Welcome to Lombard Standard. This website lombardstandard.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by Lombard Standard Ltd and its affiliates (collectively "Lombard Standard", "we" or "us"). By using the Site you agree to the following Terms of Service (the "Terms") and if you do not agree with the Terms, you may not use the Site.

You agree to monitor these Terms and to cease all access or use of the Site if you no longer agree with these Terms. Your continued use of the Site shall constitute acceptance of the Terms. 1. Our services

  • INFORMATION UPLOAD. The Site is an online information marketplace for real estate business opportunities (the "Deals"), whose information - including contact details, financial data, brochures and insights (the "Information") - is uploaded on the Site by you. By uploading the Information on the Site you declare to be duly authorised, directly or on behalf of a third party, to disclose the Information to us.

  • CHARGES. We maintain the Information on the Site free of charge and you can use the Site without incurring in any charge. Some advanced features of the Site are optional and available to you upon payment of a monthly subscription fee whose amount has been agreed by you at the time of payment. In no case we require the payment of success fees, introduction fees, percentage fees or any other fees related to your Deals.

  • NO RELATIONSHIP. You agree that we are not a brokerage services provider nor we act on your behalf to promote or endorse your Deals. You further agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Lombard Standard as a result of these Terms or your use of the Site.

  • NO LIABILITIES. You agree that under all circumstances and all legal theories Lombard Standard shall not be liable to you, directly or indirectly, for:

    • Any term, clause or agreement, transaction or negotiation related to your Deals, including screening or assessment of users of the Site
    • Any claim by third parties related to your disclosure, submission or upload to the Site, in whole or in part, of the Information

  • COMMITMENT. We commit to:

    • Maintain the Information on the Site
    • Ensure you receive all inquiries about your Deals, including inquirers’ relevant details
    • Not to disclose the Information outside the Site except when disclosure is required by law or when the Information is or becomes public
    • Not to advocate or claim any right, license or intellectual property on any part of the Information

  • TERMINATION. We reserve the right to remove any Information from the Site at any time and for any reason. Subject to each case you will be given up to 7 days notice and up to 100% refund of your active subscriptions.
